2. Data we process and why
This website does not include contact forms, user accounts, analytics or advertising technology. We process personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Email enquiries: your name, email address, message and any information you choose to send. We use this data to answer your enquiry, discuss a potential project and, where relevant, take steps before entering into a contract.
- Technical delivery and security: our hosting provider may temporarily process IP addresses, browser details and server logs to deliver and secure the website.
The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legitimate interests in communicating with prospective clients and securing the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and legal obligations where applicable (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
3. Contact by email
Selecting an email link on this website opens your own email application. Your message is not submitted through the website. It is transmitted using your email provider and received through ours, subject to their respective privacy and security practices.
